Disposition: (800 words exactly) Sansa was born the eldest daughter of one of the oldest noble families in Westeros. Where once she was a naive girl who believed in a world of honorable knights, chivalry and romance; where ladies were loved by their betrothed, where Kings and Queens were noble and ruled fairly, she no longer believes in songs nor stories. She had to learn quickly how to look out for herself, and how to do anything to make sure she and those she cares for are safe in the ruthless political climate that enshrouds Westeros.
She has learned from a young age how to sing a pretty song, saying what she knows others wish her to say, even if she means something else entirely. She had to learn to put her own wants to the side in order to do what needs to be done. She had to learn how to manipulate and lie in order to survive. She had to learn how to think quickly on her feet while observing those around her. Her experiences have changed her personality over the years. No longer naive and utterly trusting in those around her, she's become more ruthless, and her words more sarcastic and sharper. This is more a defense mechanism than anything, but her words and actions can sometimes appear to border on cruelty - like when she told Theon that she was glad for what Ramsay did to him because of what he had done to her family. Or later when she told Lord Baelish that he didn't need to say anything and that she'd assume it was something clever.
Having suffered the abuse and cruelty of the Lannisters and then the abuse and rape she goes through with her husband, Ramsay, she's become stronger, more aggressive and less like the gentle lady she was raised to be. She plotted and moved with her half-brother Jon against Ramsay to reclaim the North and Winterfell. After reclaiming Winterfell, Sansa allowed Ramsay to be fed to his own hounds, even smiling with grim satisfaction as it happened. She also shows a bit more of a vengeful side when she urges Jon to give the castles and lands of those who went against their family and give it to those who had supported them. Though, she was smart enough to let things drop when Jon set his foot down and let the families keep their lands. She's learned to look at situations logically and truly tries to look at things from all possible angles and predict which move her enemy might make next and figure out how best to wound them.
Once becoming the Lady of Winterfell and Jon's regent after he was named King of the North, she has devoted her time and efforts into maintaining, fortifying and preparing the North for winter. Being the lady of Winterfell, she's taken it upon herself to be fair yet firm and advises Jon not to make the same mistakes their father and brother Robb made. She has no problem voicing her opinions when she thinks Jon's making a mistake and she really doesn't like her authority within Winterfell being challenged. She isn't interested in power for its own sake, but rather in using it to help her people in the North.
Her strength and power lie in her mind and in her ability to evaluate, adapt to, and manipulate situations by means other than brute force. She's figured out how to weaponize her femininity and how to make those around her underestimate her. Knowing that Lord Baelish was attempting to once again divide her house and pit her against her sister, she plotted with her sister to catch him off guard, letting him think that his own plotting was working, and then has him executed.
Sansa is not completely jaded by the things she has endured in her life. She very much holds family and honor close to her heart. She cares very much for her family and has shown that she won't let anyone try and tear them apart again. Petyr Baelish learned this the hard way. She knows when to offer forgiveness, as when she forgave Theon for betraying her family. But she knows when forgiveness is something that can never be offered, again, Lord Baelish learned this.
Despite everything, Sansa's still very much a lady, her courtesy's her armor and her sharp mind and wit are concealed by a beautiful face. No longer a young, trusting, naive victim, she's now become a young woman who has absolutely no desire to be used by others to gain power, a young woman who isn't afraid to stand up for herself or what she believes in, a young woman who has shown that she is more than capable of playing the game of thrones and surviving it.
Suitability: Luckily, Sansa is one who adapts quickly to her surroundings. While she might be initially thrown off guard by her new surroundings, she'd be quick to at least attempt to figure out what she has now found herself in. She won't be happy to be there, not when she knows that there is so much going on back in Winterfell and will be quick to try and find the fastest way back to where she belongs.
She will not take too kindly to the whole aspect of synchrony due to her past. But, she has always been the type of person who does what she needs to in order to survive. While she won't warm up to people very quickly, the right kind of person can slip past the walls she's built up around herself. I believe that this setting will help her heal in a way that might not have been possible in Winterfell and also make her have to grow emotionally and actually have to learn to trust people around her. She'd be a good diplomat, wanting the best for the people around her, and she'd also make a good seamstress as this has always been one of her talents.
Condition upon arrival: She's suffered mental, emotional and physical abuse at the hands of multiple people. She has been raped by her very abusive husband and she has scars from things he's done to her while married (flaying, cutting and flogging). While those wounds have healed physically, she still has mental scars and it will take her time to get used to the casual affection she might encounter while there.
